We will be discussing Where My Name Sounds Different: Lessons from Two Decades Abroad by psychologist Evelyne Waithira Müller.
This memoir explores the emotional world of being an immigrant. The author shares personal experiences alongside insights into the emotional challenges many immigrants face while adapting to a new environment. By giving voice to feelings that often remain unspoken, the book not only highlights these struggles but also offers reflections on resilience, identity, and how one can thrive in a new place.
